TCS Vs KPIT Cricket Match

I wonder after how long did I see a match that got so close. TCS batting first got all out in only 18 overs with just 65 runs on the score board. The bowling and fielding performance from KPIT end was fantastic. They had realised from league matches that it was necessary to stop TCS from posting a high score to sustain any chances to win as TCS had already won three out of four of those matches stamping the strength of their team on the field.

This is what a team member had to say

If you have ever wondered how the cricket matches go so exciting and so unbelievable.........Ask anybody who was there at clifty park yesterday

TCS made KPIT bite the dust in a gripping and mind blowing semi-finals.

For those who are interested in statistics TCS won the toss, elected to bat and scored 65 runs in 20 overs. Sachin contributed the lion's share of the score.

And those who thought the match was over...bite their fingers when KPIT started their batting..........Samir , our captain , led from the front and blew away
all air from KPIT's camp............And if it was not enough that Magical over from Vamshi......ripped KPIT apart.....HATS OFF for U Vamshi

Sanjeev and Amit were splendid in their performances and so were the fielders.......
And still the match went to live wire and Anirudh sealed TCS victory claiming the last wicket....

A big thanks to ALL those who supported TCS and encouraged even when the conditions looked gloomy. Thats was "the mother of all matches" and this was what people commented, when they left the field.

BE there to be in finals on saturday and make us win again.....

HAIL TCS !!!

This is true that the match was indeed a spectator's delight too. It was fun shouting and screaming once again. I wonder how this has become such inherent part of me. Fun should be loud and clear I guess :))
Kudos to the teams who had gone after rigorous day at work and still managed to provide such awesome entertainment. Am sure I got to be there when TCS plays finals against Columbus 11..
