akele koi geet naya gungunati hun
kabhi akele hi khud pe muskurati hun,

chali jaati hun apni dhun mein
raasta naya apna banati hun,
dost milte hain raahon par kayi
dosti apni main nibhati hun,... magar fir bhi
akele hun, akele hi aage jana chahti hun....

aaj kiya hai khud ko akela
aaj fir se aage chale jaati hun
peeche na lautne ka apna swapna
aaj fir se main khud ko dohrati hun....

akele gungunati hun
kabhi akele khud pe hi muskurati hun
ginti hun timtimate woh taare
jaane kis ginti pe pahunchna chahti hun.

rasta nahi maloom tha kabhi
aage main fir bhi chale jati hun,
kabhi darti hun, kabhi seham jati hun
to fir kabhi khud pe hi muskurati hun.

muskurati hun un lamhon par
jo kabhi hansa gaye, kabhi rula gaye
magar dekhti hun peeche
to khud ko khush numa main pati hun...

kabhi sochti hun itna
ki koi kavita main keh jati hun,
aage jana hai mera dhyaye..
main aage chali jati hun !!

Its 4 years and I have decided to quit !! I have quit... NO, I am not running away and I am not absconding too. I am doing what should be done within limits of sanity.
I am free for next 17 days now and I have some plans ... and as always I dread my plans may be shattered... plan to visit Agra, Jaipur ( which is almost over), Amritsar, Bilaspur and if possible Simla on Christmas. I jot these down to remind me how much planning I do and how much successful I am.
I want to walk alone and if I find no company I will simply carry on.

YOu want to walk alone or u can walk alone..the dilemma is that ...
Soon I am going to face the same ...Quitting no leaving...one work place to another....after 5.5 years...

akela nahi hoon na rahna chahta hoon main...
na ho koi saath to yaadon ko bula lata hoon main..
khud ki parchhayee ko bhi saath maanta hoon
bas kabhi uske peeche to kabhi usase aage bad jaata hoon main...

These lines came to me not in dilemma, ..I cherish company and love to be with people but time and again we encounter moments which make us follow a path we dreard to follow, especially when we are left along or when we isolate ourselves. Those moments make us weak or strengthen us depending how we look at it.
I can walk alone and I will walk alone if I find no company :)
